At Healthy Arkansas, Inc., we offer Medicare members throughout Arkansas several plan choices, including a Special Needs Plan for people who have both Medicare and Medicaid. Our plans come with dental, vision, and hearing coverage, low copays when you see a specialist, and affordable prescription drugs, with a $0 copay on Tier 1 and Tier 2 drugs. You also get an over-the-counter (OTC) allowance and an allowance for bathroom and safety devices. Transportation and in-home support services are available on some plans.

PPO: See the providers you choose, whether they are in our network or not.
PPO D-SNP (Dual Special Needs Plan)*: For people who have both Medicare and Arkansas Medicaid coverage.
